Membership Terms & Conditions

Nick Scali offers its customers and users of the nickscali.com.au website the opportunity to
join
its Nick Scali Membership Program and access member discounts and other benefits (as described
below), by purchasing a membership. Nick Scali reserves the right to refuse any application to
join
the Nick Scali Membership Program, in its sole discretion (exercised reasonably).
By joining the Nick Scali Membership Program:
you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy ;
you acknowledge that membership in the Nick Scali Membership Program is subject to a
membership fee and you agree to pay the membership fee prior to Nick Scali approving or
issuing you with your membership;
you agree that a Nick Scali Membership is valid for 12 months from the date on which you
pay
your membership fee and will expire after the end of that 12 month period;
you acknowledge that by providing your personal information, an account will be created
in
your name to store your Nick Scali Membership Program details. Any data collected will
be
used, handled and disclosed by Nick Scali in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
you agree to receive from Nick Scali by email, mail, SMS and telephone:
marketing or promotional communications about the Nick Scali Membership Program;
and
marketing or promotional communications about Nick Scali more generally.
You may elect to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications from Nick
Scali
by opting out, and you can do so by managing your communication preferences through
a
function provided in our email communication or SMS. Alternatively, you can send an
email requesting to opt-out to hello@nickscali.com.au.
Please note when opting out via the unsubscribe link within Nick Scali promotional
emails, you are opting out from email marketing only. When opting out of Nick Scali
SMS
communications via the opt out link function, you are opting out of SMS marketing
only.
If you elect to opt out, you will still receive service-based communications
relating to
your Nick Scali membership and account, as well as other information that we are
required to send you by law, such as changes to our terms and conditions and
notifications relating to your transactions, rewards, and entitlements. To opt out
of
all direct marketing, please send us an email to hello@nickscali.com.au.
The following benefits will be made available to members of the Nick Scali Membership Program:
discounts on the non-member prices of selected items (such discounts to be determined
and
items
to be selected by Nick Scali from time to time, in its sole discretion);
a 10% discount on the non-member price of Nick Scali's accidental damage warranty
product;
and
a 5% discount on the non-member prices of selected dining chairs (such dining chairs to
selected
by Nick Scali from time to time, in its sole discretion), (together, Member Benefits).
For the avoidance of any doubt, membership benefits will not be available on all Nick Scali
products; they will be available on selected items only, from time to time. Discounts on
non-member prices will not be available when a product is included in a Nick Scali sale.
All members of the Nick Scali Membership Program must be residents of Australia or New Zealand.
A membership in the Nick Scali Membership Program purchased in Australia can be used at any Nick
Scali store in Australia and on the nickscali.com.au website. A membership in the Nick Scali
Membership Program cannot be used for floor stock at any Nick Scali Clearance branded store in
Australia.
To be eligible to access any benefits of membership in the Nick Scali Membership Program:
instore , you must identify yourself as a member of the Nick Scali Membership Program
before
purchase by presenting your Nick Scali Membership Program identification number . If you
are
unable to present your Nick Scali Membership Program identification number before
purchase,
proof of identity is required by providing your phone number or email address to verify
against
your membership account; or
online, you must insert your Nick Scali membership program identification number as part
of
your
online purchase.
Any benefits of membership in the Nick Scali Membership Program offered in the 12 month period
of
your membership are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Nick Scali may specify
additional conditions on the use of any discount vouchers or discount codes at the time they are
offered instore or online, that apply to members of the Nick Scali Membership Program.
If you breach these Nick Scali Membership Program Terms, Nick Scali may terminate your
membership,
in which case you may not be entitled to a refund of the membership fee paid by you.
You may terminate your membership at any time by sending us an email to hello@nickscali.com.au,
stating that you wish to terminate your membership. If you choose to do so, you may not be
entitled
to a refund of the membership fee paid by you.
If we terminate your membership, you cancel your membership or your membership expires at the
end of
the 12 month membership period, we will retain your data and only use, handle and disclose it in
accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Any discounts available under the Nick Scali Membership Program do not apply to the purchase of
gift
cards or bonus offers and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or item
that
is on sale at Nick Scali stores or online.
Nick Scali reserves the right to update the Nick Scali Membership Program Terms at any time and
will
notify you via the email address connected to your membership account [90] days prior to the
those
updated Nick Scali Membership Program Terms coming into effect .
Members of the Nick Scali Membership Program may receive delivery benefits but only for those
members who are Australian residents and where the goods are being delivered to an Australian
address that is within the range of postcodes and suburbs to which Nick Scali delivers.
